Starting Tuesday 20th October 2026, 7.30 - 9.00pm
Working in healthcare can be rewarding, meaningful and deeply fulfilling, but it can also be demanding. Constant pressure, competing priorities and the emotional demands of caring for others can leave little time to care for ourselves.
This four-week online programme offers an opportunity to pause, reconnect and develop practical mindfulness skills that can be woven into everyday working life.
Through simple, evidence-informed practices, you will explore how mindfulness can help you respond to stress, cultivate greater awareness and build a more sustainable approach to your own wellbeing.
✔ Practical mindfulness techniques you can use in the workplace
✔ Greater awareness of stress and burnout and how they affect you
✔ A personalised plan of action to support your ongoing wellbeing
Suitable for all healthcare professionals. No previous mindfulness experience required.
