Compassionate Mindful Resilience

This internationally accredited 4-week Compassionate Mindful Resilience (CMR) programme offers engaging, accessible, and evidence-based practices, skills, and techniques to build resilience and enhance wellbeing through mindfulness and compassion. Designed by Karen Atkinson, CEO of MindfulnessUK, the programme supports individuals, groups, teams, employees, and organisations. It is recognised by the European and British Associations of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (EAMBA & BAMBA). 

This course I can also be offered to groups and organisations, and can be delivered as a four or eight session course. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss options.

What does the CMR course entail?

  • The course is online (via Zoom).

  • Runs over a 4-week period.

  • Sessions last 2 hours.

  • In each session we will explore mindfulness, compassion and resilience through presentation, discussion, practice and reflection.  

  • To help you gain the maximum benefit from the course, we will encourage you to commit to practicing some of the techniques between sessions for at least 5 out of 7 days.
