Drawing upon over 19 years of experience as a teacher educator in Higher Education, alongside extensive experience teaching mindfulness in educational, healthcare, and organisational settings, I offer training that combines practical teaching skills, contemplative depth, critical reflection, and educational scholarship.

My approach recognises that becoming an effective mindfulness teacher involves much more than learning techniques.
